Canadian Outlook

It seems like both the Canadian and US governments are having lots of trouble on the home front. On the one hand, the ruling Liberal Party in Canada is on the verge of being defeated in parliament and an election is close at hand. On the other, Mr. Bush has been confronted with problems in his administration along with disasters in Louisiana and Mississippi and the on going war in Iraq. All of this is serious and frustrating for both Americans and Canadians both.
